Our first project with Pulitzer Prize nominated composer Felipe Lara was the massive Double Concerto for esperanza spalding (double bass, voice) and Claire Chase (flutes). It was conducted by Susanna Mälkki with the Los Angles and Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestras, and later performed with the New York Philharmonic. We engraved this work for 40+ parts which required an oversize score of 13x19 inches. Additionally, the work had several instruments tuned a quarter tone up or down. As of the time this was prepared, no software allows for quarter tone transpositions, so we had to manually adjust these for every single note in multiple parts for each instrument. We also created a combined solo part for the soloists, esperanza spalding and Claire Chase along with a midi mockup to assist in their rehearsals.

A comprehensive front matter section was also prepared, with cover pages, publishing details, dedications, instrumentation listing and stage plans.
